  2. Difficulty: Intermediate
  3. Foundation Row: make any multiple of 5 stitches.
  4. Row 1: Dc in the 7th ch from the hook, ch 5, dc1 in the same st just worked, *sk 4, (dc1, ch5,dc1) in the next ch*, rep from 8 to * until 3 ch remain, sk2, dc in the last ch, ch3, turn.
  5. Row 2: Ch 3 counts as a double crochet, so you will start working in the second stitch (in the second double crochet of the previous row), dc in the 2nd st, *sc3 in the ch5 sp, dc2* rep from * to * to the end of the row, sc3 in the last ch 5 sp, make a dc in the dc of the previous row and then the second dc in the turning chain,
  6. Row 3: Ch 3 (counts as a double crochet). You will start working in the fourth stitch, *(dc1, ch5, dc1) in the centre sc of the 3 sc on the prev row, sk 4*, rep from * to * to last 3 sts, sk2, dc1 in the last st, ch3, turn.
  7. Repeat: Repeat row 2 + 3 until the length you want is achieved.
