Instructions U.S. Terminology

  1. Foundation Row: Chain a multiple of 6 + 2.
  2. Row 1: Starting in the 2nd chain from the hook, work 1 SC in each chain across. CH 1 and turn.
  3. Row 2: *Skip 2 stitches, work 5 DC into the next stitch (shell), skip 2 stitches, SC in the next stitch.* Repeat from * to * across. CH 1 and turn.
  4. Row 3: *Work 5 DC into the SC from the previous row, SC into the center DC of the next shell.* Repeat from * to * across. CH 1 and turn.
  5. Repeat: Repeat rows 2-3 until the length you want is achieved.
