Instructions U.S. Terminology

special Stitches:

  1. Cluster Stitch: (CS): yo, insert hook, yo and pull up a loop, yo and pull through 2 loops on the hook three times, yo and pull through all 4 loops on the hook.
  2. Foundation Row: Chain a multiple of 2 + 2
  3. Row 1: sc in second ch from hook (skipped ch does not count as st), sc in next ch, *1 ch, skip 1 ch, sc in next ch, rep from * until 3 ch remaining, 1 ch, skip 1 ch, sc in last 2 ch. Turn.
  4. Row 2: 4 ch (counts as dc and 1 ch), skip st at base of 4-ch and next st, CS in ch sp, *1 ch, skip sc, CS in ch sp, rep from * until 2 sts rem, 1 ch, skip sc, dc in last st. Turn.
  5. Row 3: 1 ch (does not count as st), sc in first st, sc in ch sp before first cluster, *1 ch, sc in next ch sp between clusters, rep from * across working final sc in fourth ch of initial 4-ch, sc in third ch of 4-ch. Turn.
  6. Repeat: Rep Rows 2-3 until length required is achieved.
